  • Just dropping by to apologise for my absence for this month. We went away for a couple of days at beginning of the month and I stupidly left my laptop charger and have only just got it back.

Money has still been made but I have lost track totally and to be honest it feels like I have been treading water the past few months.

Some of you may remember my tenant moved out of our rental property and we decided to sell. Although we have had a bit of interest, sadly it didnt sell and we are at the point where we cant afford to keep paying two mortgages and two lots of council taxes so we decided to rent it out but this time using the services of an agent. Within a few days of it being advertised, we had five people interested and someone is moving in a week on Friday :T
Its a great weight off my mind and fingers crossed, it all goes well.
So I wish everyone well for the rest of this month. Keep on keeping on and I will be back in April with more enthusiasm. :D

Made another £3 on Populus live but still not claiming, will fall well short of target. Transcription opportunity fell through, aargh. Don't think I will make target this week, but I am very lucky to get cover/agency work every week on my day off, fingers crossed it will last.
