However, it also says:
Entrants must be residents of England, Scotland, Wales or Ireland, aged 18 and over, so it doesn't specify that you have to live in those counties to enter. I do live in one of the counties they cover and am signed up to that, so not a problem for me, but not sure what would happen if you won and your address was actually not in that county. They may allow it?
