If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 36 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Car
There is one prize of a BMW F21 118i Sport 3-door Sports Hatch B381 in the winner’s choice of one exterior colour from either Black Sapphire, Melbourne Red, Glacier Silver, Mineral White, Mineral Grey, Sparkling Brown, Mediterranean Blue, Seaside Blue or Sunset Orange. The Car will also include 12 months’ road tax, first registration fee and £80 worth of fuel.

The Car will be delivered to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car and current driver’s licence and current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport or other proof of address. The winner is responsible for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Borneo Holiday
There is one prize of a nine (9) night trip for the winner and up to four (4) companions (“Companions”) to Borneo including:
· return economy flights from London Heathrow Airport to Kota Kinabalu International Airport via Kuala Lumpur International Airport;
· nine (9) night stay at Shangri-La's Rasa Ria Resort & Spa, Kota Kinabalu, based on up to five people sharing a room on a half board basis (“Hotel”); and
· return transfers from Kota Kinabalu International Airport to the Hotel.

Whilst on the nine (9) night trip, the prize also includes the following excursions for the winner and their Companions (“Excursions”):
· one two-hour morning or afternoon guided jungle walk showcasing a different side to the tropical jungle from entomology to herbs, native, adventure, wildlife and canopy;
· one two-hour jungle night walk with night vision goggles;
· one two-hour bird watching activity at the Dalit Bay Golf and Country Club; and
· one Breakfast with a View experience which includes a 35-minute walk in the dark up to the top of the reserve. During the walk, the group may see some native wildlife. Once at the top the group will see the sun rise over Mt Kinabalu with a beautiful breakfast table of pastries and fruit. Those over 21 years old can also enjoy a glass of champagne.

Reservations for the above Excursions are required and the TravelPrize Provider shall arrange such Excursions with the winner when booking the rest of the Prize. Only Companions aged 8 years old or over may participate in the Excursions.

Please note that all elements of the prize must be booked and taken up within twelve (12) months of winner confirmation, booked in advance of the trip and the TravelPrize Provider must be given three (3) months’ advance notice ahead of booking the winner’s selected travel dates.

For the avoidance of doubt, all flights must be booked at the same time, used on the same itinerary and, once booked, cannot be altered or amended. The prize is non-transferable. The TravelPrize Provider will use its best endeavours to ensure availability of the dates, however all elements of the prize are subject to the availability of the TravelPrize Provider.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the prize on the relevant dates. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

Companions under the age of 18 years old must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.

The winner and their Companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Borneo and to ensure that they and their Companions adhere to the visa entry requirements of Borneo. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Travel Prize Provider.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Travel Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their Companions when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws (including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is currently 21 years old). Particular attention should be given to the travel advice on https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/malaysia.

The prize excludes transport to and from London Heathrow Airport, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions and attractions (other than those specified above), treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations. It is the responsibility of the winner and their Companions to consult with their GP to understand whether any vaccinations are necessary before travelling.
