in martin's book he writes that when you do a blance transfer you can save the money you don't spend how do you do that?

If you have existing credit card debt which attracts a high rate of interest, you can save money by transferring the balance to a low rate balance transfer card.People who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.0
