RBS PPI offers

Hi Everyone
I asked RBS to check my accounts for PPI's on everything like loans etc. they sent me a list with all the relevant accounts with No or £ under Has PPI on this list & one of them has a figure of £1200 under insurance premium ( which i am assuming is what i have paid in PPI on this Acc/Loan) & when the offer has come through its only for £500 + interest etc. have i misunderstood the PPI Check list amount or are they just giving me a lower offer?

No. There is no offer, either lower or higher.
Redress is your premiums, plus associated and statutory interest. Any outstanding arrears can be offset against it.0 -
