Armtrac Parking Ticket

Hello Everyone
I received a parking ticket from Armtrac Security at Sennon Cove in Cornwall back in September. I followed the advice here and waited for the notice to owner. I then appealed using the template on the forum. This appeal was rejected and I was asked to pay the balance by 31st November 2018 in an email on 17th December 2018!
Timeline as per their email:
29.10.18 – PCN issued to the vehicle
30.10.18 - details requested from the DVLA
12.11.18 – Details received back from the DVLA
13.11.18 – Notice to keeper sent to yourself
29.11.18 – Final Demand sent to yourself
17.12.18 – Received a email of appeal however as this has been received out of the appeal period.
I have now received two letters from debt collectors threatening court action. I will post the details of the solicitors when I am back home.
I understand that the accepted wisdom is to wait for court summons. I just wanted some advice on how to fight the Parking fine when this comes.
Thanks in advance.

There is no 'summons'! It's not a prosecution.29.10.18 – PCN issued to the vehicle

Non POFA then! They send the NTK too late in law to hold you liable, which is good.
You don't need advice on how to fight the claim if it comes. That is already in the NEWBIES thread post #2 or we'd never keep up with cases.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
