What about coconut oil and lavender. I get skin problems due to Crohn's disease and this seems to work better than steroid cream.
  • First of, don’t use chimical products on your face. It’s cause bad effects and bad health to your face. So, begin to use natural product or don’t touch at your face. It’s the best solution.

As a long-time sufferer from dry skin, I've found that your diet makes little or no difference to dry skin. Best to clean it every day, I just use a damp face cloth and wipe the flakes away gently and then good old fashioned Nivea. My skin's better in summer, no idea why. Once you've found a moisturiser that suits your skin you will probably need to re-apply it throughout the day.

As a psoriasis sufferer I use either Cetraben or if I want to smell fruity Childs Farm moisturiser.
