What cashback credit card?

I am looking to get a cashback credit card but have been put off getting the Tandem 0.5% cashback card because of the poor customer service and very limited app that have been reported lots on this forum. I'm also not keen on an Amex card because it's generally less accepted than MasterCard or Visa.
I'd use this card for all regular spending and would pay it off in full each month.
Anyone got any good suggestions for what cashback card I should get?

Why would you be put off by an Amex?
I use it for 95% + of my spend... Only a few places, mostly small shops, don't take it.

There is a selection of cashback cards, the right one depends on your usage etc.0 -
I use Amex - 1% on everything - and John Lewis partnership - 1% in JL/Waitrose, 0.5% elsewhereI’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pensions, Annuities & Retirement Planning, Loans

People tend to rant on open forums and review sites.
I have a Tandem card and have no issues with their customer service team or the app - the app gives me all the information I need.
The only thing with Tandem is they don't provide limit increases which is the main downfall.0 -
