PILON query

Options
Hi, I was made redundant in January and I'm getting PILON. This has not been paid as a lump sum, instead it's being paid monthly for the next 6 months.

The first payment was made at the end of January, after which I was issued a P45. However they forgot to pay my statutory redundancy, this has subsequently been paid but no new P45 has been issued. Should it have been?

Also February pay was made through PAYE (tax and NIC all paid) but as I'm no longer employed is this right? (I know tax and NIC are due on this income). Also I'm going to start a new job in a couple of weeks, and will effectively have two PAYE incomes. Is this OK, and do I need to inform my ex-employer?

The company has no HR, and while it's a UK Ltd everything is run out of the US.

Thanks in advance.
