Parking Collection Service PCS / Secure a Space - Which to appeal to or both?

Hi,
There's so much information on here but after a lot of time searching through the forum and Newbies post, I couldn't get clarification on who I should appeal to.

- 2 x Parking Charges on windscreen from 'Secure a Space'.
- Within the 56 day window there is now 2 x Notice to Keeper from 'Parking Collection Services (PCS)'.

I should have appealed to Secure a space before the NTKs arrived by the sounds of the forum. However do I now appeal to Secure a Space since they are the BPA parking firm or do I appeal to PCS since they now have the charges? Or both? (I will use the appeal template in the Newbies post).

I also noticed on 'Secure a Space' appeals page it states you must appeal within 28 days of the parking charge notice, which I presume they mean NTK as I was not the driver I did not see any Parking Charge until the NTK?

treat the postal notices from PCS as the NTK,s and appeal each one separately, using the blue text template

PCS will be doing the back office work for SAS, so although SAS are still the PPC , PCS are doing the NTK,s and appeals


SAS allowed a driver 28 days to appeal from them, as you say


PCS will allow 28 days for the appeals by the keeper to the NTK,s
