Help, unfair parking penalty but no evidence

sorry what do you mean by " if you do, given it is a railway station and probably bye-laws"? the chance of appealing is slim or?Why not simply do what everyone here does (read any APCOA thread, they all win!) and appeal as keeper and win at POPLA?
That's what the template appeal advice is for, in the NEWBIES THREAD.
No need for APCOA threads, these are so easy.
Please can you just do what we advise and come back & tell us when you win?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

A quick update.
Appealled to the company, unsuccessful.
NTK never received. Appealled to POPLA using one of the template. After three weeks, appeal successful.
Thank you for all the help.0 -

Well done. Can you tell us on what grounds your appeal was successful please? Possibly APCOA didn't bother to respond to POPLA?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

here is the response from POPLA:
Dear xxx,
Thank you for submitting your parking charge Appeal to POPLA.
An Appeal has been opened with the reference xxxxxx.
APCOA Parking - EW have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.
Yours sincerely
