They can't force you to. They'll probably be disappointed if you refuse, but they've already offered you the prize.

You can even ask for them to keep your name out of the article as well... they'll lose out on their PR but you're within your rights.

ive never sent a picture in to them and have still received prize etc, so no I wouldnt have though you have to - unless you want to!
