Hello All
I have been making regular payments directly from my salary to thevouchershop.co.uk which appears to be run by Sodexo Ltd. The idea is that you can exchange your savings for a multitude of high street shop vouchers at a slightly reduced cost. Recently i received an email from my employee that we will no longer be able to use this benefit and that any savings must be exchanged for vouchers by July 2019. However, I currently have over £1300 in savings but have no desire or requirement to spend this money before July. Sodexo are saying that I can not have the funds returned and can only exchange them for vouchers. How can this be the case when my savings are not yet in voucher form and what legal advice can i take to recover my savings.
All assistance gratefully received.
Many thanks,
Lee.
