    It was Cardiff County Court - and the judge was Haydn Jones.

    I definitely got vibes that he wasn't a fan of parking companies.

    We were so shocked we didn't even think about costs (until we went to pay for the extortionate NCP ticket !!!!)

    WOW Cardiff, you had a low chance with some of their Judges, how on earth did you do it?! You need to buy a lottery ticket as this is your lucky week.

    Swansea is worse, but Cardiff not great for sussing PPC scams. Well done.

    Did not the judge ask you about costs?

    Why not invoice the scammers for your costs, and, when they ignore, take THEM to court
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
