Stay Clear of UTILITY POINT
chosen for cheep electricity - I would say WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER but that would be unfair - i haven't managed to get hold of them to find out. After a month of trying - 12emails, 37 phone calls and 37 voice mails!!!!!!!
there is a lovely answer machine saying they get back to every call - they don't!!!
normally you never need to get hold of the supplier, this is the first time ever - but OMG you are at a total loss when there is no option at all to make contact
is this grounds for breach of contract??

That's a real shame. We found the total opposite and have just renewed with Utility Point because we found them to provide excellent customer service. We've always been able to contact them by phone. We find their website is clear and fully transparent in terms of statements and usage unlike other suppliers we've used in the past.0

No problems with them OP you must be the small % who have had a bad experience with them0

i am coming to the end of my 12 month contract with UP and the jury is still out but one tip i would say is use the Chat option on the website, it is FAR more efficient than phoning them in my limited experience.0
