Switching from Cavendish direct

Afternoon
I am planning to switch from Cavendish direct to another S&S ISA platform.
Can someone who has done this please advise which reference number to give to the new provider please?
When logging in to the FNW platform I can see I have a customer number (long numerical) an ISA ref number (letters and numbers) and a separate Cavendish account number (short six digit) My gut feeling was the ISA ref number?

If unsure, contact their customer support. The email responding speed from their customer support is pretty good. I've emailed them a few times in the past, and I can always see a reply on the next working day.0
