Fuel Voucher Spreadsheet
Hi, first time posting so apologies for any errors.
I have been tasked with creating a spreadsheet to keep track of Morrisons fuel vouchers for a fleet of vehicles. I need to keep track of Vehicle reg, Current Point balance, points earned this stop. every 5000 points earned, it rolls back over to 0 and we get a £5 voucher.
If someone could advise on how to make this, or point me in the right direction of a spreadsheet similar I would be very grateful.

It's easy if you have a basic knowledge of Excel and how to construct simple formulae.
A column for registrations.
A few columns for entering points earned at stops.
A sum of those points as they accumulate.
An IF statement that tests if the total is 5000 or more, with the consequence that if it does, the excess is carried over to start a new total and £5 is added to another column denoting vouchers earned. If it doesn't, do nothing other than continue to aggregate points.0 -
