1. The prize draw is open to UK residents, with the exception of 20th Century Fox and Emap employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Entrants must have Internet access to be eligible for the draw.
4. Entry to this draw is free. Entries will only be accepted on the official internet form, only one entry per person. Copies will not be accepted. No bulk entries. Winners will need to provide a form of identification and proof of age that they are over 18.
5. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
6. Entries must be received before 6th December. The prize draw will take place on 10th December and all winning entrants will be contacted on 10th December. 20th Century Fox and Emap reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
7. The prize consists of x1 XBOX 360 Elite, x1 32" Phillips Widescreen HD Ready TV, x1 Copy of the current Hitman game.
8. The winner will be notified by phone call and email on 10th December.
9. The prize is as stated and there are no alternatives or cash substitute
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The winner agrees to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
12. If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at it’s absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
14. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
15. UK law applies and UK courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
