I bought a samsung s8 plus on pre order in march 2017. I had this phone repaired in dec 2018 but it came back to me in worse condition. After a further 4 more attempts they offered me full refund or replacment. I bought the mobile for £779 but they offered me refund at depriciation cost of 69%. (Just over £550). At time of this a new mobile costs £480 so i thought this is good deal than a replacment.

What i want to know is if i am i eligible for full refund of £779 as the damage and repair was not from me. This claim was through warranty.

I think there is a question mark about the "pre-order" element. Did you pre-order it in March 2017 (and if so when did you RECEIVE IT?) or did you receive it in March 2017?
  • You've got a great offer in the circumstances. Grab it.
