Graphics card

How do I find out what graphics card is in my PC,and whether the drivers need updating.

  • go to device manager, click on display adapters, it will give you the cards name, make a note of it, right click on it, select properties, driver, make a note again if you like of the driver version, search for the graphics card on google go to their support page, drivers...pick your card and get the latest driver...easy

    Still having problems finding my graphics card. When I go to DirectX Diagnostics window and click the display tab it has n/a in all the sections.

    Go to 'My Computer'>Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager, then follow Sleep's post.

    On your keyboard, press the button with the four wavy squares together with the Pause Break key.

    Once in, you can attempt to update the Driver via the Device Manager Interface through Windows Updates(if you've an Internet connection).
