I may have posted about a UKPC ticket received in December, its still at the 1st appeal stage.
Appeal sent in online in Jan and we have just received a letter stating they want us to confirm the drivers details to assist them in making a decision. :rotfl:
I feel Pirates of the Caribbean said it well.....
Only have 7 days to respond before they issue the POPLA code it seems.
Starts thumb twiddling and awaiting the next installment.

Just wait for your POPLA code0 -

Yeah, the parking ticket is not actually mine but a family member.
Im doing the work for them though because they don't want the hassle. They had a ticket a while back where they overstayed and thought i was wrong for them not to pay. I pointed them to these threads and showed them how a sub 10 minute overstay cannot simply cost you the best part of £100, especially when the overstay was not your fault.
This ticket though they totally disagree with, carpark was busy and it took ages to find a spot, clock appears to have started the moment they enter the carpark, not when actually parked.
I love reading the threads in this section, but must admit some of it goes way over my head when it gets to the legal terms.
So glad the helpful members do their good work and try their best to keep the money away from the wolves/rats/fleas ?? The dirt under the rim of a toilet? mmm have to work on that one...
And about UKPC yeah ive read some posts, banned from DVLA last year at some point?
Will have to have a search back.
Thanks for the good work guys and girlsCensorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Have you read this?

Thanks for that, I did read the pranksters blogs, but had noticed they had not been updated for a while.
Quite appropriate that the last one made in 2018 was about UKPC being banned from the DVLA. Stupid of the DVLA to allow them back.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
