We're with EE, now BT, only around 20-30 users. Our contract gives a set data amount shared across all users. We get discounted handsets on a 2 year contract, and also get bundles for roaming abroad. Costwise probably works out around 30-40GBP/month per users.

We use a reseller as EE were terrible to deal with directly, no idea yet how good BT will be.

One word of warning, we had some users who wanted to keep their personal phones, but recharge back as expenses - HMRC didn't like that. Became a declarable benefit so we stopped.

Another paint point is when people join/leave, it means a new contract or ending a contract. I no longer let people transfer private numbers in because they can't be replaced when they leave (so can't hand phone to new users, needs new contract).

Oh and for security, we're using 2 form factor authentication with 0365.

We take EE business sim only deals and match the data to the user. If you are using iPhones you may be able to use remote services to lock down heavy users for non-work related work.

We restrict our users to what apps can be installed on the phones.
