Slight Rumbling Sound when Accelerating?

Going from a 2008 Fiesta Petrol to a 2014 bmw 1 Series 116d, while driving in 1-3 gears and accelerating there is a slight rumble sound which comes from the front of the car, it is kind of high pitched, is this a noise that is normal? Is it me being paranoid and thinking something is wrong? I have had 2 people from the garage drive it also and they have both said it sounds silent and normal and nothing they can hear.

here is a clip of the sound I hear when accelerating, when going at high speeds or when pressing the accelerator down fully the noise goes, when listening to music or with the windows down you can’t hear it either.
