difficulty switching supplier

hello everyone, just wondering if anyone can help. I completed the form on the money saving expert website to switch energy supplier from see to bulb, I received a conformation from MSE with estimated dates for when particular steps of the process will be completed. weeks past and we did not hear from MSE or bulb although sse had been in touch and issued our final bill. We have contacted bulb but they have no idea about the switch and there is no contact number for MSE who I assume are supposed to be managing the switch. although I have emaild them. any idea what I should do now?

If you want to switch to bulb just sign up for the switch on their site they will even tell you your monthly DD in the switching process.Someone please tell me what money is0

How long ago did you fill out the switch request on MSE?
You should have got a welcome pack from Bulb as soon as they received your file.
If SSE are sure you've switched I'd get Bulb to check Ecoes (the electricity national database) that's the be all end all0
