635mm Kitchen Worktops

We want to replace our kitchen worktops, however the existing ones are a non-standard size - 635mm deep (it's an IKEA kitchen). All the ones I can find in the local DIY stores are 600mm deep, as are most of the ones online.

I've found one supplier that has 650mm ones, but was wondering if anyone knew of any more, or even better any suppliers of 635mm ones? (except Ikea obviously, I refuse to co-operate with vendor lock-in)

    Laminate worktops?

One of the better worktop manufacturers, Duropal, offer widths of 600mm, 650mm and 900mm. They also do a "compact" range of 640mm widths. You won't find many 635mm worktops.

The difference between 635 and 650 will be barely noticeable. 15mm is nothing.

I fit around 12 - 16 kitchens a year. The 635mm worktop you have has been cut from a wider worktop. I'm not aware of any manufacturers that make a 635mm top.

An extra 15mm on the overhang of the cabinets/drawers will be very noticeable.

I assume you're wanting to replace with laminate/wood worktops, in which case just cut a larger size to what you need. If e.g granite then any size is possible and will be handled during templating.
For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple and wrong.

It seems Ikea do - the current ones on their website are also 635mm, though you have to go right into the details to find out - but I'm not going to buy from them as a matter of principle.

I'll look into Duropal as @neilmcl has mentioned, I'm happy to cut down a 650mm one to fit if I can't get 635
