Unable to access experian score

Hi,
I've never posted anything on a forum before, so apologies.
Both myself and my husband are members of the MSE Credit Club.
For the last two months I have been unable to access my Experian score and it continually states that I have failed the verification criteria. Yet my husband has had no problem whatsoever.
I have checked the information and confirm that my details are correct and has not changed.
I am extremely concerned.
Please advise.
Regards,
Helen

Hi,
Have you tried cancelling your subscription and then re-registering?I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

Escalate a complaint with Experian.0

Thank you for your quick reply
I've tried to do that and all I get back is this message
'In some cases, there could be other issues that mean you can’t get through Experian’s rigorous identity checking process. Experian does not disclose full details of the process used to verify your identity in order to guard against fraud.
Unfortunately, if you are unable to get beyond this step, you will not be able to complete registration'
There doesn't seem to be anywhere else to go to resolve this.0 -
Hi,
You can contact MSE Credit Club via the email address below:

Edit: You can delete your account via your account settings button (top right corner) once you have logged on to Credit Club. Then you can re-registerI work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
