TSB blocked my account

Hey there

I need some advice and help as I rang up Tsb yesterday, because I wasn't receiving my money into my bank account. Then when I rang up TSB, the person over the phone said that my account is blocked over on Tsb side. I don't see why it should be when my bank card is 4 weeks old up to date, I was wondering if anyone has had this issue before and could help me out.

  • You'll need to speak to TSB.

    If they won't give you any information, it'll most likely be a fraud issue, so have a look at CIFAS and have a think about what activity may have caused concern.
  • As above, talk to TSB. Lodge a formal complaint that you are unable to access your money - they should be able to tell you if it is a technical glitch or if it relates to fraud/money laundering. Check your credit files with all three CRAs for any unusual activity or CIFAS markers just in case.
