TSB blocked my account

Hey there
I need some advice and help as I rang up Tsb yesterday, because I wasn't receiving my money into my bank account. Then when I rang up TSB, the person over the phone said that my account is blocked over on Tsb side. I don't see why it should be when my bank card is 4 weeks old up to date, I was wondering if anyone has had this issue before and could help me out.

You'll need to speak to TSB.
If they won't give you any information, it'll most likely be a fraud issue, so have a look at CIFAS and have a think about what activity may have caused concern.0 -
As above, talk to TSB. Lodge a formal complaint that you are unable to access your money - they should be able to tell you if it is a technical glitch or if it relates to fraud/money laundering. Check your credit files with all three CRAs for any unusual activity or CIFAS markers just in case.0
