APCOA Victoria Station

I received PCN from APCOA for parking at Victoria Station Manchester without a valid payment. Due to both pay & display meters were faulty at the time. I was not carrying my phone so could pay over the phone, so I left a note on my windscreen. My appeal to POPLA was rejected on the basis that the operator has no reports of faulty machines on the day. Now I've received a debt collection notice of £155 from ZZPS. What a nightmare!
Please advice me on my options.

Time this out for 6 months. Do a Keywords search on 'APCOA 6 months', read 10-15 threads and follow the advice about timing out of a Byelaws parking penalty.

Same as this case except rather than miss out on POPLA (like this person) you wasted the 100% winning stance you would have had as a keeper appellant.
