CPP Claims

I was sent a form to claim for a cpp refund. At that time I had to deal with three deaths in my family, so the claim was forgotten. I finally went to my old bank last year to discuss claiming. They said I had left it too long & would not be able to claim. As ppl claims have until August, is it the same for cpp claims or have I really missed out.

PPI complaints are nothing to do with CPP, the CPP scheme closed years ago
