Paymentshield Plevin?

Hi

So I was told by paymentshield that I couldn't have a PPI refund because the insurance was setup by an independent financial advisor. Ive just watch martin talk about Plevin rule and wondered if I could apply this to paymentshield or not?

Many thanks

No. it wouldn't apply to Paymentshield as it was an IFA that set it up. Paymentshield commission to IFAs was way way below the tipping point.
