No, but you can complain about it.

Any redress will go towards your unpaid debts.

You can't claim.

If you complain and are successful, the redress will go to your creditors.

ANy successful complaint redess that goes toards your crditos might lessen your dmp date. As you've nearlyfinished it, you may get some back.
