Hello

I would like to fit blackout blinds with side tracks in the nursery, something similar to below.

https://www.orderblinds.co.uk/dept/total-blackout-roller-blind_d01274.htm

However I am not sure how to do it/if possible at all with the UPVC sash windows that are in the bedroom. The issue with with the handles/hooks I circled in red. As far as I can see they would prevent blinds from going all the way down. So I am wondering if there is clever way of doing it or some blinds with side tracks that would overcome this issue?

I was searching online but could not find suitable replacements for the handles that would solve the problem.

Many thanks.

Would have thought top and side tracks would have fitted on wall well clear of window?

If no? can you not take the finger handles off and reverse them back unto original holes so to pull window up so your fingers are between the glass and the handle curve? and window surface is smooth.
