Student loan repayment problem

My daughter started a new job in January and, despite earning only £16000, has had student loan repayment deducted from her salary. Student loans say there is no repayment plan set up for her so they can’t do anything. How do I get this corrected.

You can't do anything. She can speak to her employer and ask why they're deducting when she's not liable to repay yet.0
