iTunes subscription not working. How do I get my money back?

Hi there,
I have a subscription to Hayu for the house however it has stopped working even thought there is an active subscription. I pay this subscription through iTunes. iTunes will not take any responsibility saying that I need to talk to that app developer. The app developers are unresponsive. I pay this subscription on my HSBC credit card. It’s only £4.99 a month but is there anything the bank can do?
Thanks in advance

Define "not working"0

By not working, I mean I cannot access the content which I subscribe for. I get an error message when I try to fix it by saying restore purchase etc0

Select the option to cancel the subscription. At the same time advise Halifax that you wish to cancel the CPA.
I would then login to Hayu to make a official complaint to the Hayu developers via their messaging service.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
I love my job

Can you just cancel the subscription within your Apple Account? Should be easy enough to do.If I've help in anyway, please remember to thank me :-)0 -
Thanks for your suggestions about cancelling this subscription. I have already taken this step. However I’m a bit annoyed they’ve taken my 4.99£ and not delivered on their end

I quite agree, and so you should be. Not sure if you can get hold of the credit card company and see if there's anything they can do? But good luck.If I've help in anyway, please remember to thank me :-)0
