    How are you still asking if something is or isnt POFA compliant?! Just because the NtK MENTIONS pOFA it does not mean it IS compliant!

    How does it ID the driver? Or heres a thought - redact the name, leaving the address visible. Done.

    Your WS has to support your defence. If you state "the signs are inadequate" you msut must then evidence this!

    By reading the newbies thread and checking the ntk against POFA

    The whole point of that newbies thread is to answer the basics, bearing in mind it's your job to do the research, especially when told what to check, including not signing off a WS as a defence statement

    Follow this link to the POFA 2012 and compare/scrutinise the act with the words on your PCN to see if it matches EXACTLY.
