Hi got a fine from a private company using a number plate scanner thing.

Was a car park where my parents were staying for my wedding, i nipped in to say goodbye to them.

Any idea what grounds i have if any? Appeal or Ignore?

Just a bit worried with the treats of course

thanks in advance

At the top of this board is a thread that tells Newbies to read it first. That thread answers all your questions and has templates for you to use.

Complain to the hotel and see if they will cancel it.

There is ONE template appeal in the first post, and some Q&A to stop people posting.

Please read the thread (and not on a phone). It isn't hard to read the first post.

No, and obviously you give them your info as keeper (they already have it!).

Thirty five days for a BPA company, but I have no idea what the timeline is for an IPC scammer is though. It's all arbitrary anyway as it's unregulated.

What is the name of the PPC please?

What happened when you complained to your MP?

Did you complain to the hotel manager or CEO if it's part of a chain? Have you left negative feedback on their website or social media?

They have 35 days although IPC are a law unto themselves. Check your junk folder though ppc mails often seem to be marked as spam.
