Hi got a fine from a private company using a number plate scanner thing.
Was a car park where my parents were staying for my wedding, i nipped in to say goodbye to them.
Any idea what grounds i have if any? Appeal or Ignore?
Just a bit worried with the treats of course

They have 35 days although IPC are a law unto themselves. Check your junk folder though ppc mails often seem to be marked as spam.0
