Utilitywise - what next?
We are a small charity who were approached by Utilitywise to negotiate gas and electricity contracts for us.
I have signed up, through Utilitywise, for new contracts beginning in May and June this year but I am not altogether happy with the contracts and feel badgered into the given rates.
Now that they have gone bust am I free to negotiate different contracts?
Also, can I assume that they have terminated my current contracts on my behalf or do I need to contact my current (literally) suppliers to terminate the contract?
The new contracts were made in October so is there a period of grace when I can opt out of them?

Utility wise going won't affect you
They will have set your business up in a contract with a power company and those arrangements should just continue0 -
<Also, can I assume that they have terminated my current contracts on my behalf or do I need to contact my current (literally) suppliers to terminate the contract?>
Yes you contact your suppliers as Utilitywise was a broker not supplier .
<The new contracts were made in October so is there a period of grace when I can opt out of them?>
Depends upon the actual contract and who you have the contract with Utilitywise or actual suppliers .
As its a business contract you may have no period of grace and usual is 14 days
Reading your posts these contracts are yet to take place ??
If you know the suppliers contact them /0
