Mapshare on TomTom Go 510

I've recently downloaded the v7 software for the TT510 and bought the latest maps as they said I should be able to use mapshare. However, I can't see any options to correct maps.

I have edited the menu to put in the capturePOI app from pocketgpsworld but I had hoped this would have been overwritten if necessary. Anybody know how to do mapshare on a 510 else does anybody have a menu file for a x10 or x20 I can have to try to work it out?

I've started using MapShare recently, however I have the TomTom ONE.

I assume you downloaded the software/maps through TomTom Home? If so, I think there is a menu option in TomTom Home (Preferences menu??) you will need to select to enable MapShare. Also, do you have the latest version of TomTom Home, i.e. v2? You'll need that.

I think there is also a new menu option in the v7 software on your 510, called "Correct Maps" that will enable MapShare too.

Ta for the help but sorted it now.

I think it was down to me using the POI Capture application so I needed my own custom menu in the SDKRegistry folder, I've deleted this and now it works.ok. Just in time for a drive to Denmark at the weekend
