Charging order tenants in common

My girlfriend had a CCJ issued in her first and last name. An attempt was made to get an interim charging order issued but, it was declinded because the title deeds have her middle name on.
We will be selling the property in the next couple of months but, are concerned that the debter will apply to get the CCJ amended to include her middle name and then reapply to get an interim charging order.
My question ishow long does this normally take and will it mean an interim charging order being issued or a resriction.
My main question is how long will it take for him to get a ccj amended and an interim order issued. We merly want to delay things even if it means my girl friend chaging her name by deedpol to update the deeds. Please advise
We are no longer living in the UK and the debt is for rent arrears for a period that includes months after she left the property and notified the landloard that the keys had been posted though the letter box. The landlord demanded cash for the rent and would only call at the property when she was alone. She does not want said person to know her new adress.

If you are both named on the deeds as tenants in common or joint tenants - each owns a share of the property - then maybe this thread could help.0
