Hiya - I just trying to submit my AoS but when it gets as far as typing my name in the box on the last submission page , it refuses to accept it ? Or am I just having s funny five minutes ? x

Lots of large organisations carry out IT maintenance on a Sunday evening.

only somebody else trying to do the exact same thing at the exact same time could possibly know the answer, and the CCBC is closed so you cannot ask them like you should be doing, because none of us can try and replicate it as we do not have access and are not doing an AOS

try again tomorrow, if it fails , PHONE THEM UP and ask

You are not trying to type in a different name than the Govt Gateway identified person are you? Stating the obvious, but the named Defendant is the person to create a Govt Gateway account and to respond to the Claim, not anyone else on their behalf.

Or, if there is a hyphen in your name, maybe the system doesn't like them?
