Boundry Walls.

I'm not going to lie, this is a rant about our naighbours.

We have some self centred insonsiderate naighbours, who love to take liberties, I'm kind of fed up with it now.

One being we share a private access road. Which our garden is on.

We have a very small rock garden there. (Mainly to stop then parking on our garden to avoid blocking this access road). We quite often find tire marks and these stone have been removed or moved. When we ask them to stop..we only get more grief. This on top of other issues

Also on our gardens we have a detached brick garage which backs into there garden...now this is where I need your assistance.

This garage is the boundry wall between our gardens. And I know for a fact they have drilled and stuck a shead to it long with a lean too plus bedding boxes.. now with this garage being classed as part my property?

I know you have to ask permission if that was part of my actual house. In my detached garage included in this? As they have never asked us or probably considered us when doing this.

Legally where do we stand on this?
I'm getting fed up of it all and hope this matter will finally put all this to bed.

Your advice would be greatfull.

They aren’t allowed to be drilling into or fixing things into your garage wall if it’s solely your property. If it is solely yours then you are entitled to insist they remove anything attached to it and make good, in other words, refill any screw holes, etc.
