Any advice - single parent of two spiralling into debt

I don't think this situation is sustainable without a drastic change. Your combined mortgage and childcare costs even though one is in school are taking almost your whole salary. If you live in London housing costs are high. Is your job transferable to another area? You cannot afford your parents medical bills either and should get the utilities and groceries down but the biggest issue is the childcare costs if it is £1900 plus the £400 you have put down for emergency childcare and pocket money for your helper.
