If this goes to a small claim just read the NEWBIES thread post #2 and start your own new thread then.After reading the threads i decided to ignore the letters, but now i received the debt recovery firm chasing me for the payment. I am worried that i may end up like you at some point. I really hope all goes well for you. Any other suggestions welcome.
