The private company has experienced exponential growth in light of the growth of funds under management. The risk is that these funds could equally be withdrawn should fund performance dip. Resulting in an rapid decline in profitability. The premium reflects investors expectations. Many may not appreciate what they are actually investing in and the risks attached. As nothing like appearing at the top of league tables to attract interest. Hindsight being an investors comfort blanket.0
