Can anyone get to the last page of long threads?

I am trying to get to the end of this thread

but I get a redirect page.

There are one or two threads I've come across this morning where, when you are reading what is clearly the last post, the page count says you are on, say page 2 of 7.

I think the posts are all there, it just the post count that's wrong. I did report one in case that was helpful, but I guess they know all about it.

Yes, you'll find that in fact it is the early posts that are missing, and you can see the most recent ones.

I've just spotted this happening HERE too where the last page is page 15 but says there's 82 pages, click next page and you just end up back on the page you're already on.
Should be easy enough to fix as I remember this happening before a few months back, just a case of getting round to it with how busy they've been lately.

How frustrating!! I am wanting to read a thread from start to finish (20+ pages long) but can't get off the first page of posts. I can read posts 1-20 but can't go no further.

The thread has been chopped at 29-6-07 & now goes up to page 13 where posts in last few days are.

Pages 14-55 just take you to page 13, page 56 gives blank error page as posts are out of synch & page 56 isn't last page anymore, page 13 is really now the last page.

Just tried to read the PAYG norwich union thread, I clicked page 3 but kept getting redirected to page 1!, not happened on any other threads yet.

I think its because of the problems with the servers recently? I think it means a lot of the older threads have lost some posts.
