Scottish Power Warm Homes Discount - not paid

I was wondering whether any other Scottish Power customers had received their WHD yet this year ?
I applied in October under the "Broader Group" and received a reference number

No paynent has been received

I went on On Line chat - 4 weeks ago and was told that my paynent (£145) HAD been made in early January and that it would shortly appear on MY ACCOUNT
But as yet - no credit has appeared

Irrespective of whether or not others have been paid their discount the route to go down is a complaint in line with their complaints procedure

Then if you are not happy with the reply or they ignore you then you can escalate to the ombudsman

Thanks - I thought that I might try RESOLVER
Considering that they did tell me that the payment had been made already....

For applicants who apply and qualify for the rebate, the rebate will be paid (i.e. applied to your electricity account) by 31st March 2019

In the past - it has been paid in January and I was told in live chat (which, incidentally is no longer available) - that it HAD been paid !

Yes mine has been paid in jan. Usually it will be on your account when a bill has been issued, I have one every month so i can see quickly.
