NatWest myrewards not working?

Hi all,
Is anyone else having problems banking their rewards? It prompts me to log in, then I log in ok. But when I click "bank it", it takes me back to the account information page on their website and tells me to log in. If I click "Bank rewards" from here, it says I must log in, but when I click log in, I am logged in!!
I have tried this via my phone and on the pc so I don't think it's a web browser issue. I tried to speak to support but I was struggling to remember all my security questions so they couldn't help.
