Switching to Bulb using referral

When I use a referral link to sign up to bulb it gives me an estimate of the cost of usage for the year. This is approximately £100 more than when calculating my actual usage over the last 12 months.

There doesn't appear to be an option to add your actual usage.

Are Bulb good at readjusting your usage (and therefore your monthly DD) as I don't want to use them as a savings account?

Comments

  • I was able to re-adjust to my usage, I am sure I did this by altering the amount of the first direct debit payment within Bulb online portal.

Bulb insist that the first direct debit payment is made pretty much as soon as the switch goes through, you can adjust the second months payment to minimum 5.00 within Bulb online portal to account for 50.00 signup bonus that you will be due to receive added to your account :)
  • Where it shows you an amount you need to scroll down a bit. It mentions that the amount is estimated and you can refine your quote
