I have received this NTK from CP PLUS in the post with a fine of £120.00.
This charge is associated with parking at university.
What actions should i take.
Please can you link me with any relevant templates or should i just ignore this?
Pm me for a link of the NTK as i am unable to link this.

£100 is the maximum allowed, so the £120 seems incorrect unless a debt collector added on their fees ?

I think you had better look at the signs that say £120, if they do
As said, max is £1000 -
At the top of this board is a thread that tells Newbies to read it first. There are templates in that thread to use.
CP Minus often cancel on seeing the template.0 -
It definitely says £120 (parking charge notice) on the letter.
On the letter it also states they are operating in accordance to BPA (alongside the BPA logo).
Not sure if this is relevant.

BUT .... what does it say on the signs where the car was parked0 -
CP Minus often outsource their NTKs to DRP. The fee on the NTK can often bear no relation to what is on the sign.
Strangely it's at odds with what the BPA say is allowed0
