Cannabis being advertised on eBay Sponsored Links

Nearly one year on from my OP, and the problem is still there...<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0

I wish I had taken a screen shot the other day of an advert I got for adult goods!
Like you Steve if ebay don't allow the sale of something on their site then why advertise it in the sponsered links, it is double standard. I do understand ebay's policy on adult items, children do browse and I am sure they don't want to be faced with some of the items, fancy having to explain what they are. Yet there they were in blazing headlines on the sponsored links.
If something is not suitable for ebay, and it is their site so they can choose what they allow and what they don't, then it isn't suitable and sponsored links should also be vetted for these items.
Incidentally, the links that came up were not for saucy clothes, it was for stuff much more graphic plus an ad for 'blue pill's sent from overseas.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I have just noticed Sponsored Links section within finished listings at the top of the listing.
I have never noticed them before, is this something new ??
Are these Sponsored Links within completed listings same as mentioned by OP in Nov-07 or is this something new ??
So now in finished listings you get 3 sections clogging it up:
-More items from Seller
-Sponsored Links
-Similiar items from all ebay Sellers
They are PITA, clogging up listings with ebay trying to push items to ebay users.
When will this ever stop ??
No wonder I hardly use ebay anymore !!

Sky appear to have an ebay presence now and are using banner adds on ebay's homepage to direct traffic to their auction listings.
